Spring is trying its tentative best this April, in spite of the frozen tundra from this past weekends flurries. Our Annual Fundraiser, Stouts for Routes is just around the corner, coming up Friday, April 12th at Butte Brewing starting at 6:00 pm. This is your chance to “Race to the Finish” and support your local cycling community. The focus of HCC at this years event, is to raise money to purchase an equipment trailer for the Copper Sprockets. The Sprockets provide the opportunity for youths from grades 6-12 to competitively race against/with their peers from around the state of Montana, Idaho, Washington and Wyoming. The program has grown and flourished since its inception 5 seasons ago, and we are hoping to get even greater numbers of kids on bikes in 2024.
We will also be updating you all on our trail advocacy efforts over the past year, and be hearing from our new HCC President about the 2024 season.
